  • How does the free delivery of Christmas trees work?

    We deliver the Christmas trees on the day of your choice within the selected time interval. More information about the delivery conditions can be found here.

  • What are the terms and conditions for the free removal of Christmas trees?

    We collect Christmas trees according to our pre-arranged schedules by city districts. We will inform you about the scheduled date and a preliminary time interval for your Christmas tree removal via email and SMS three days in advance.   • Does the courier help to bring in and set up the Christmas tree?

    For your convenience, the courier will carry the Christmas tree up the stairs and deliver it to your doorstep. If there is a need, they will help to set up the tree in the stand. However, if your existing stand is significantly too small, we reserve the right not to place the tree in it and may suggest purchasing our adjustable stand.

  • Can the delivery time and date be changed?

    The delivery date and time can be changed very flexibly. You can do this by calling us, contacting us via email, Facebook, or Instagram. If you are not at home during the delivery, we will deliver the Christmas tree at a time that is convenient for you.

  • When ordering a Christmas tree, do you need to additionally order a stand? Do you install it on a stand that the customer already has?

    If you have a suitable Christmas tree stand, you do not need to order one additionally. However, please consider that the diameter of the Christmas tree trunk depends on its height and is approximately 8-12 centimeters. If your existing stand is significantly too small, we reserve the right not to install the tree on it and may suggest purchasing our adjustable stand.

  • Are Christmas trees in pots more environmentally friendly compared to cut trees?

    Although properly cared for, Christmas trees in pots can be replanted, while cut trees cannot, this does not necessarily mean that the latter are less sustainable. This is because all of our sold trees are recycled and replanted. Each growing Christmas tree absorbs CO2 (carbon dioxide) and helps cleanse the planet.

  • When is the best time to order a Christmas tree?

    Since we operate based on advance reservations for Christmas trees, we recommend reserving your tree as early as possible, even if you’re unsure of the exact delivery date you want. You can always change the delivery date and time later.

  • When can you deliver the Christmas tree the fastest?

    We can usually deliver the Christmas tree the next day after ordering. We deliver trees from November 25th to December 23rd on both weekdays and weekends. The free delivery time is available from 09:00 in the morning to 21:00 in the evening.

  • In what cases do we replace the Christmas tree?

    If the delivered Christmas tree doesn’t meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it with another one. For a smooth process, you can request the courier to show more than one tree during delivery. If you are unable to inspect the tree during delivery or if the delivered tree doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our customer service specialists. You can request a replacement within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • How to take care of the Christmas tree?

    It’s important to keep the Christmas tree as far away from heat sources as possible and ensure that the tree stand doesn’t run out of water. For instructions on how to care for the tree, where to keep it, and other recommendations, you can find all the information here.

  • How long can the tree stand at home and remain fresh?

    When caring for the trees according to our recommendations, the firs can remain fresh for up to 3 weeks, while the Lithuanian spruces can last up to 2 weeks. Read more information here.

  • Can a Christmas tree be kept on a glass balcony or terrace?

    Of course! The temperature on a glass balcony or terrace is ideal for the tree. Just do not pour water into the stand when keeping the tree outside, as it may freeze and damage the stand.

  • Where do the Christmas trees go after the holidays when you pick them up?

    We collect all the Christmas trees after the holidays. When the trees are cut, we transport them for recycling into fertilizer or biofuel. The potted Christmas trees are replanted (you can keep the tree and do it yourself). To ensure the potted tree survives, please read the care and storage recommendations here.

  • How can I pay for the Christmas tree or stand?

    You can pay for all our products by online banking when placing an order, in cash upon delivery, or by bank transfer (for businesses).

  • Do you issue an invoice for companies?

    Yes, we send the invoice to the email address specified in the order.

  • Can I order a Christmas tree if I live outside the boundaries of Vilnius/Kaunas/Klaipeda cities?

    In the “Delivery Zones” section of our website or in the final step of your order, you can check whether we will deliver a Christmas tree to your residential address and whether there will be an additional charge.

    By entering your address, a pin will appear on the map, which you can adjust manually to specify the exact location for tree delivery. If your residential address is not within the delivery zones, you will see a message on the screen saying, “We apologize, but your specified address is outside the delivery zone. Please contact us by email for delivery to other cities.”

  • What is the trunk diameter of the Christmas tree? What is the diameter of the lower wreath of the Christmas tree?

    The trunk diameter depends on the height of the tree but is approximately 8-12 centimeters. The diameter of the lower wreath of the tree is about half of its height.

  • Can we order a Christmas tree if I live outside Vilnius, Kaunas, or Klaipeda?
